AI Skin Analysis

Privacy Policy

Version 1.0

What we collect

Your name, date of birth, gender, the contact details you give us, and three photographs of your face. We also record that you gave consent, when, and which version of this policy was shown to you.

When you submit the form we additionally record your IP address, the approximate location it indicates (country and city — not a precise position), and details of the device and browser you used, including its screen size, language and time zone. This is kept to protect the service against abuse and to help us interpret your photographs. It is held for a shorter period than your analysis itself, after which the identifying parts are erased automatically.

Why we collect it

Your photographs are used only to produce your skin analysis and product recommendations. They are stored securely and you may ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hello@aimmia.uk. This analysis is cosmetic guidance and is not a medical diagnosis.

How your photographs are stored

Photographs are converted to a standard format and stripped of the metadata your camera adds — including any location information — before they are stored. They are held as private files that are not reachable from any public web address, and only authorised AimmiA staff can open them.

How long we keep it

Submissions are removed automatically once the retention period set by AimmiA has passed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

Marketing messages are optional and separate from the consent needed to run your analysis. You can withdraw either at any time by writing to hello@aimmia.uk.
